Charles E. “Chuck” Sellier is both a writer and television/film producer who has over 30 feature films
to his credit as well as hundreds television shows and pilots that he has written and/or produced.

They include such films and series as The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, Knight Rider 2000, Greatest Heroes of the Bible, Desperado, Longarm, Vestige of Honor, Ancient Secrets of the Bible, Miracles and Other Wonders, and Encounters with the Unexplained.

His latest network television specials include Portrait of Courage: The Untold Story of Flight 93, The Miraculous Mission, Breaking the Da Vinci Code, The Search for Heaven, Faith in the White House, Secrets of the Bible Code Revealed, The Quest for Noah’s Ark, Uncovering the Truth About Jesus, and The Bible’s Greatest Miracles.

Along with his stunning film record, he has authored or co-authored many best-selling books including the beloved Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, In Search of Noah's Ark, (4 weeks on the New York Post list), The
Lincoln Conspiracy (22 weeks on the New York Times list), Hangar 18, Miracles and Other Wonders, Ancient
Secrets of the Bible, Incredible Discovery of Noah's Ark, and Conspiracy to Kill the President.

Sellier got his start in Utah in the early ‘70s creating a string of successful independent films including The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams. His career ignited and the demands of filmmaking required him to leave
Utah and film on location in states across the country for several years. During this period, he forged strong
friendships in the film industry, and Universal Studios put him under contract to produce television films.
Chuck refers to them as his "Desperado" years, when he made a series of five extremely popular, two-hour
westerns for NBC.

He also produced Knight Rider 2000, a movie based on an earlier series, and completed a number of other pilots and features before he decided to move from Universal. In January 1992, he returned to Utah to
make family-oriented films.

Sellier created and produced two specials for CBS – Ancient Secrets of the Bible and the pilot Miracles
and Other Wonders. Both performed so well in the ratings that the network responded with a multimillion-
dollar contract for an additional 10 hours of primetime shows.

With the use of his market research mastery, Sellier told CBS what the results would be before the start
of production. The ability to predict the public's appetite is a skill Sellier has been perfecting for 20 years and
involves sophisticated polling and focus group studies. This talent has made Sellier's knowledge crucial to the
major networks during sweeps periods.

Sellier is CEO of Grizzly Adams® Productions, Inc., with operations in Colorado and Oregon. He lives
in northern Idaho. He is married and has one son.
